About Me

I am a physician-scientist who partners with Indigenous communities to promote family, community, and planetary wellness. I am currently the Director and Professor of the Center for American Indian and Rural Health Equity at Montana State University, an NIH-funded center working to promote health equity for rural and Native communities in Montana, and mentor junior investigators. I am passionate about using storytelling and filmmaking to engage diverse audiences and impact well-being.
